Plumber

Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Plumber for a Contract role.

Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Repairs and Maintenance team. The business has continued to flourish over recent years and this new role is a great chance to be part of its exciting future.

The Role:

• Responsible for 1st, 2nd and final fix of all plumbing on domestic properties including showers, baths, toilets and leaks
• To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties and communal areas.
• To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification.
• To complete plumbing installations and associated works.
• To use a PDA to manage and record daily work.

Essentials:

Full Driving License (company van provided with this role)

Desirable:

NVQ Level 2/3 Plumbing or City and Guilds

Previous social housing experience

Working Hours:

• Monday - Friday
• 40 Hours Per Week

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
