Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Plumber to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.

We are looking for a Plumber who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.

As the Plumber, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

The Plumber, will be responsible for:

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair plumbing and drainage systems, including pumps, valves, and pipework.
  • Ensure compliance with SFG20 or relevant ACoP standards.
  • Provide excellent customer service, answer queries, and report defects.
  • Complete documentation, including reports and remedial records, accurately and on time.
  • Support planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
  • Perform manual tasks, including manual handling, working at heights, and in confined spaces.
  • Participate in the on-call rota for out-of-hours support.

To be successful for this Plumber role you must have:

  • A City & Guilds Level 3 qualification in Plumbing or an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent technical diploma is essential.
  • Proven experience in a Facilities Maintenance environment, with a focus on plumbing and drainage systems.
  • Experience with the maintenance and repair of Zip Taps and/or similar associated plumbing equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to keep clients updated and respond to queries effectively.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and work in confined spaces or at heights.
  • A willingness to participate in the on-call rota as needed.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to continuously develop skills in a dynamic role.
