  • Complete all necessary documentation, including work orders, timesheets, and job sheets, in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, health and safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with tenants to arrange access for plumbing work and provide updates on progress.
  • Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in tenants' homes, ensuring minimal disruption and upholding a high level of customer service.
  • Work collaboratively with other tradespeople, managers, and the wider maintenance team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Monitor and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials, ensuring they are in good working condition.
