Plumber

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable plumber to join our team for an ongoing residential construction project. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in plumbing installation and maintenance, particularly in residential projects. You will be working alongside a reputable contractor to ensure the timely and efficient completion of all plumbing tasks on-site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for a new residential development.

• Ensuring all plumbing works meet building codes and regulations.

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and technical drawings.

• Collaborating with contractors, engineers, and other trades to ensure smooth operations.

• Adhering to all safety protocols and regulations on-site.

Requirements:

• Blue CSCS Card (essential for site access).

• Proven experience as a plumber, preferably in residential projects.

• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Health & Safety awareness on-site.

• Own tools preferred, but not essential.
