Plumber

I am currently recruiting for a Plumber to join an Estates Maintenance team within the NHS in North West London. Your role includes maintaining mechanical systems, ensuring safety compliance, and providing technical expertise. The role will be working a minimum of 37.5 hours per week, earning 24 per hour (Umbrella). The successful candidate will be required to work on a call out rota which will be one in every three weeks.

Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance
• Flushing blockages
• Repairing broken or faulty equipment
• Testing equipment and systems
• Improvements and installations
• Perform reactive, routine, and preventative maintenance and testing
• Testing, fault finding, and repairs on plumbing fixtures and equipment, including water pipes, thermostatic mixing valves, sprinkler systems, sinks, toilets, showers, water filtration plant,
• Emergency water bypass systems, and drainage systems

Qualifications and Skills:

• Relevant experience.
• Basic DBS Check
• City & Guilds certificate or NVQ Level 2/3.
• Health & Safety knowledge.
