Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a healthcare facility in Paddington. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of plumbing systems to ensure they operate effectively and in compliance with relevant standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance across the facility.
- Install, repair, and replace plumbing systems and fixtures.
- Ensure all plumbing work complies with health and safety regulations.
- Work closely with the facilities team to address plumbing issues promptly.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs carried out.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience as a maintenance plumber, ideally in a healthcare or commercial setting.
- City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
- Good understanding of health and safety requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage tasks independently.
Desirable:
- Experience in healthcare facilities.
- Valid DBS check.
