Job Title: Plumber / Mechanical Engineer
Location: Multiple Sites within London (In Person)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Start Date: Immediate start preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
Salary: £43,000 – £47,000 per year (depending on experience and competence)

The Role

We are currently seeking a highly dependable and experienced Plumber / Mechanical Engineer to join our growing mechanical team. This role plays a vital part in our continued expansion and will be responsible for delivering high-quality mechanical installations, supporting tender returns, and collaborating closely with the electrical operations team. You’ll report directly to the Mechanical Supervisor and play a key role in the delivery of mechanical works across multiple sites in London.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain hot and cold-water systems

• Install and maintain heating and underfloor heating systems

• Work on soil and waste systems

• Accurately interpret technical drawings and schematics

• Manage day-to-day site works, order materials, and liaise with PMs and supervisors

• Contribute to quoting/tender processes and business development

Required Qualifications & Experience

• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (minimum)

• Valid CSCS card (preferred)

• Gas Safe registration (preferred)

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role

• Demonstrable experience on mechanical systems in high-end residential projects

• Excellent understanding of health & safety procedures and industry best practices

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team

What’s on Offer

• £43,000 – £47,000 per annum (based on experience and competence)

• Monday to Friday working hours: 08:00 – 17:00
