PT 3 Day a week Maintenance Technician London

I am currently recruiting a part-time maintenance technician to maintain a commercial building in London. This would suit a semi retired maintenance technician/engineer who is looking for a PT position.

Duties will include changing lamps, lights, fire alarm tests, emergency lighting tests, general plumbing maintenance sinks, taps, toilet furniture, flushing, temp checks and general fabric duties.

This can start as either temp/temp-perm/perm

3 Days a weeks 8am to 5pm

Rate circa 21p/h
