What You'll Do:

As a Supervisor, youll play a crucial role in upholding our reputation for excellence. You'll lead the frontline of our service, ensuring that our repairs and maintenance activities meet and exceed our service standards and performance goals.

What You'll Do:

  • Quality Service:Manage and optimize work schedules to align with company procedures, standards, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Client Relations:Represent our company with confidence at client and resident meetings, reinforcing our commitment to quality and reliability.
  • Performance Management:Oversee responsive repairs to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Cost Control:Effectively manage material costs, following established processes and procedures.
  • Quality Assurance:Monitor work quality through regular inspections, performance reviews, and customer satisfaction surveys.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop your team, ensuring optimal staffing to deliver exceptional service.

What Were Looking For:

  • Experienced Supervisorin responsive maintenance or a similar setting.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to juggle tasks and thrive under pressure.
  • SSSTS Certification
