We are seeking a skilled Reactive Repairs Supervisor to oversee and manage the maintenance operations in properties within North London. This will be a mobile role within the North London area.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities and a solid background in the Social Housing sector- as well as previous experience in a supervisory role. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects of varying sizes, working with contractors from the initial quoting stage through to job coding

Responsibilities:
- Manage work schedules to ensure high-quality service in line with company standards and SLAs.
- Oversee responsive repairs to meet performance targets and manage material costs effectively.
- Monitor work quality through inspections, reports, and customer surveys.
- Represent the company at client and resident meetings as needed.
- Lead and develop your team, optimizing staffing levels to meet service demands
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience in supervising maintenance activities within social housing
- SSSTS
- Experienced Trades Professional
- An excellent communicator with the ability to problem solve
- Multi task and work to tight deadlines.
