Our client, a leading maintenance contractor, is looking for a skilled Repairs Supervisor to join their team in East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive individual with experience in property maintenance to lead and support a team delivering high-quality repairs for social housing properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day repairs and maintenance across a range of properties, ensuring work is completed on time and to standard.
- Lead a team of operatives, managing schedules, resource allocation, and health and safety compliance.
- Liaise with tenants, addressing complaints and ensuring excellent customer service.
- Work closely with subcontractors and senior management to meet and exceed contract requirements.
- Track and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective solutions.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Repairs or Maintenance Supervisor, ideally within social housing.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety standards and compliance.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Trade background with relevant qualifications
