Your Role
- Oversee reactive maintenance and ensure targets are met.
- Manage work schedules, materials, and budgets efficiently.
- Represent the company in client and resident meetings.
- Ensure high-quality service through inspections and feedback.
- Lead and develop your team for top performance.
What You Need
- Experience in responsive maintenance supervision.
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- SSSTS certification and a full UK driving licence required.
