An experienced Roving Maintenance Technician is required by leading UK Building Services Provider to cover 20 Central London Commercial Buildings, providing additional support to the on site, static maintenance teams when the resident engineers are absent or when any extra works are required.
Carrying out basic reactive jobs to a high standard, with most PPM's already completed by resident engineer.
These are a mixture of single man and multi team sites across the Portfolio with most sites within clsoe proximity to each other within Central London
The Maintenance Technician must be from a commercial maintenance background with good communication skills, be presentable, professional and reliable as there's plenty of client interaction
Typical daily duties may include
- Checks and Repairs to plumbing systems, HVAC systems, and other commercial equipment
- Checks and Repairs to emergency lighting, water systems and fire alarm systems
- Provide exceptional customer service to these corporate clients
This is a Temp to perm opportunity starting ASAP
Salary & Benefits
- £20-22 per hour (paid via umbrella)
- Days: 08:00 am - 17:00 pm
- Overtime available
- Potential salary up to £40,000 per annum
