We are currently partnering with a leading fit-out Main Contractor specialising in Offices, Higher Education and Science Facilities. Having demonstrated huge success across London they are now seeking to further expand their team with a Bid Writer in Central London.
Responsibilities
Bid Documentation & Content Writing Produces clear, persuasive, and well-structured bid responses, ensuring alignment with client requirements and evaluation criteria.
Research & Information Gathering Collects and analyses project details, company credentials, and case studies to support compelling bid submissions.
Compliance & Accuracy Ensures all written content adheres to tender specifications, industry regulations, and company branding standards.
Collaboration with Subject Matter Experts Works closely with technical, commercial, and project teams to translate complex information into compelling, client-focused responses.
Proofreading & Submission Management Reviews bid documents for clarity, consistency, and errors while managing submission deadlines and formatting requirements.
Requirements
Must have 2+ years experience in a similar role
Must have 1+ years main contractor experience
Benefits
£35,000-£45,000 per annum
