We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Leave & Absence Data Migration Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Human Resources (HR), specifically the Leave & Absence module, coupled with strong data migration expertise. This role will involve planning, developing, and executing data migration strategies to ensure seamless transitions from legacy systems to Dynamics 365 HR.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, design, and execute data migration strategies for the Leave & Absence module within Dynamics 365 HR.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders to understand data migration requirements and ensure data accuracy.
Extract, cleanse, and transform data from legacy HR systems to align with Dynamics 365 HR data structures.
Utilize Data Management Framework (DMF) and Azure Data Services for efficient data migration.
Develop custom scripts, ETL processes, and data mapping solutions to facilitate data transformation.
Conduct rigorous data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity post-migration.
Collaborate with functional consultants and HR teams to ensure migrated data aligns with business processes.
Provide end-user support and troubleshooting for migration-related issues.
Document data migration processes, including mapping rules, data cleansing strategies, and best practices.
Stay updated on Dynamics 365 HR features, data migration tools, and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Data Migration Specialist working with Dynamics 365 HR or similar ERP systems.
Strong expertise in Leave & Absence module data structures within Dynamics 365 HR.
Proficient in Data Management Framework (DMF), Azure Data Services, and Power Platform tools.
Experience with SQL, data cleansing, and transformation techniques.
Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and reconciliation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders.
Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
