D365 Technical Specialist - F&O CE

London or Burton-Upon-Trent - Hybrid

80,000 - 90,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus

Our client is seeking a Dynamics 365 Technical Specialist to oversee the technical execution of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and operations. You will collaborate with Solution Architects, Functional Consultants, and technical teams, providing expertise in development, configuration, integration, testing, and maintenance. Responsibilities include setting Agile SDLC standards, ensuring code performance and stability, and mentoring the team to achieve business goals.

Key Skills and Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Stack - F&O, CE & DevOps
  • Extensive knowledge of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform, including core functionalities, development tools (X++, C#, Visual Studio, SQL Server Management Studio), and integration capabilities.
  • Define and enforce technical standards, ensuring high-quality D365 implementations through robust design, development, code reviews, and quality assurance.
  • Provide technical leadership, mentoring developers and consultants while supporting recruitment and team development.
  • Evaluate new D365 features, assess technical risks, and collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to optimise system capabilities.
  • Enhance Agile development efficiency by improving processes, tools, and frameworks for seamless testing and releases.
  • Support functional teams, advise on implementation approaches, and engage with Scrum teams to drive best-practice solutions.
