Our client is a National Contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.
Due to a new site in Fulham, our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Coordinator to join the team. The role with require the critical appraisal of project drawings, pre-project start, and the ongoing management on the technical coordination.
The project consists of 175units, RC Frame total value 45m.
This is a temp to perm role with the contract being 6-12 months and then going permanent. You will be able to work from home 1-2 days a week.
Our client is seeking applicants with previous experience with a developer or contractor. Ideally worked on high rise residential developments (flats).
In return, our client is offering a day rate between 300 - 350 (CIS)
