Job Title: ServiceNow Developer / Technical Specialist
Location: London - Hybrid working
Day Rate: 700 per day
Contract Length: approx. 8 months
Clearance: SC preferred
We're on the lookout for a talented ServiceNow Developer to make a difference in a Central Government Organisation. If you're passionate about security incident management and thrive in a collaborative environment, this is your chance!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop & Configure:Lead the charge in developing and configuring the SIR module for secure incident management.
- Solution Design:Collaborate with stakeholders to craft tailored solutions that meet security needs.
- Integration & Automation:Enhance incident response by integrating SIR with other security tools and automating workflows.
- Maintenance:Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring top-notch functionality.
- Technical Guidance:Mentor junior developers, sharing your expertise and fostering best practises.
- Documentation:Keep documentation up-to-date to ensure compliance with security standards.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience:Minimum experience in ServiceNow development with a focus on the SIR module.
- Integration Skills:Proven track record in API integrations and automation.
- IT Knowledge:Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM modules.
- Agile Experience:Comfortable in agile environments.
- Analytical Skills:Strong problem-solving capabilities.
