About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced Technical Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. In this role, you will play a critical part in managing and upgrading our RHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux) systems. You will troubleshoot and resolve incidents during upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations, while managing change requests and maintaining accurate updates in JIRA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform RHEL upgrades, ensuring smooth transitions and system reliability.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents encountered during upgrade processes.

  • Manage change requests efficiently and provide timely updates in JIRA tickets.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improvement in upgrade and incident management processes.
