Finance Officer – Derry / Londonderry
SALARY: £25,450 - £29,000 per annum
EMPLOYMENT: Permanent, full-time, office-based opportunity
Reed Accountancy is delighted to be partnered with a very successful family-run business in Derry/Londonderry in the appointment of a Finance Officer to join a dynamic team on a permanent and full-time basis.
This would be a stand-alone role, and the successful Finance Officer will provide support to the team in all aspects of payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and monthly management reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of weekly payroll
- Processing of sales and purchase invoices ensuring accuracy integrity of data and information.
- To support the management team in the efficient and timely processing of financial information.
- General admin and office duties as required by management
- Development of new systems of working to aid sustainable business growth
- Production of monthly management reports in relation to finance/expenses
What you need to succeed:
- Payroll processing
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in the use of accounting software, QuickBooks, Xero, Sage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high level of attention to detail and accuracy essential due to the importance and nature of the work.
