We are hiring for a financial services organisation that thrives on innovation and collaboration. We are currently seeking a talented Strategic Project Manager who has experience in Capital Markets and can effectively engage with senior stakeholders and diverse audiences to drive financial management and strategic oversight across our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with senior stakeholders to align project objectives with business strategy.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between various departments, ensuring all areas are informed and aligned.
- Oversee financial management across a range of projects, ensuring budget adherence and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with development engineers to understand their roles and requirements without directly managing their tasks.
- Analyze and integrate strategic project management principles with financial oversight to assess project viability and performance.
- Utilize your background in business and technology to bridge the gap between project delivery and organizational goals.
- Maintain an understanding of fixed income markets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in interacting with senior stakeholders and managing multiple audiences effectively.
- Strong financial management skills with experience in budgeting and cost analysis across various projects.
- Background in a technology-focused organization, with the ability to understand technical processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex concepts for diverse teams.
- Experience in project management, particularly in a strategic capacity within large organizations.
- Flexibility to work hybrid (3 days in-office) and adapt to various project demands.
Hybrid working: 3 days a week in a London-based office Rate: 750pd inside ir35 via umbrella
