The company:Leading international capital equipment trader
Main duties:Provide exceptional customer service by assisting new clients, resolving first-time buying issues, analysing customer trends, supporting auctions, and collaborating with internal teams.
The role:- Provide high-quality customer service to new and existing clients in Europe- Assist first-time customers with deposit and bidder number allocation.- Analyse data to identify new customer trends.- Support auction operations as needed.- Collaborate with other departments to maintain strong working relationships.- Some travelling to Europe may occur, particularly France and Spain
The candidate:- Fluent in Spanish or French (written and spoken)- Additional fluency in German - Advantageous- Previous experience in customer relations - Strong problem-solving and workload management skills- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel- Ability to compile and present data reports
The salary: £28,000 per annum
