Role Responsibilities- Assisting with audits from planning through to completion, ensuring compliance and quality at every stage
- Managing a varied portfolio of audit clients across multiple industries
- Reviewing the work of junior team members, providing constructive feedback and support
- Liaising directly with clients to address queries and deliver excellent service
- Supporting the team in meeting deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy
- Identifying and suggesting opportunities to improve processes and client experience
- Contributing to the development and progression of the audit team through mentoring and training

Candidate Requirements- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification (or be part-qualified and actively studying)
- At least three years of experience in an audit role within an accountancy practice
- Strong technical knowledge of audit processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
- A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Experience in supervising or mentoring junior team members is desirable
- £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
- Full time, permanent role
