Field Service Engineers provide support to our customers by carrying out maintenance on a range of self-service devices based at banks, supermarkets, and independent stores.

  • Are you happy to be 'on the road' and travel to customer sites daily?
  • Do you have a UK Driving licence and RTW in the UK (required)
  • Have you worked on ATM's, vending machines, gaming hardware or similar?
  • Do you come from a mechanical background building machines/engines from scratch?

Being in the field, you will work independently to resolve hardware and software issues with devices whilst being fully supported with all relevant training and over the phone technical support as required as well as being provided with a company van (which can be used for personal milage should you wish to opt in to this benefit), mobile, laptop and full training to enable you to work autonomously in the field.

The main responsibilities of this role will be to maintain and repair technical hardware issues within customer estates i.e., ATM machines, self-service kiosks and lockers to name a few, as well as diagnose system problems and repair them whilst keeping in line with service level agreements. You will need to provide excellent customer service and always remain professional when dealing with clients, ensuring you communicate accurately between all departments to provide smooth resolutions for our customers.

You will attend training classes to ensure you are capable and confident at fulfilling service levels and you will need to be comfortable working both independently and within a team.

For this role we do require you to have some previous experience in a transferrable field such as working on ATMs, vending machines, mechanical experience or other such hardware, as well as a working knowledge of Windows based software. You will have come from a customer facing role and must hold a full and valid Driving licence. Our engineers work a 9hr day (1 hr lunch) on rotational shifts that cover 7am-7pm and 1 in 4 weekends.
