Are you a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to join a well-established Construction company who work on specialist projects across a local patch within Northern Ireland in a role offering ongoing training and a range of progression opportunities right through to senior leadership level?

This well-established yet rapidly growing Construction company have been working on major public sector projects for over 30 years. They work with a broad client base specialising in bespoke projects primarily in the public sector and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to grow their friendly team.

This is a varied role where you will can further your experience as a Quantity Surveyor as you work closely within the tight-knit team of Surveyors, site teams and senior management. You will have the opportunity to undertake site visitations locally around Northern Ireland as you work on a diverse range of projects primarily within historical building, universities and hospitals.

This position would suit a Quantity Surveyor or similar looking to work for a well-established Construction company offering ongoing progression opportunities to senior leadership roles.
The Role:
* Work on varied projects
* Preparing Quotations
* Negotiating Tenders
* Reading Drawings
* Liaison with site teams, clients and senior leadership
* Office based with site travel to projects across Northern Ireland

The Person:
