Responsibilities and duties


Reporting to the Dispatchable Operations Manager, you will:

  • Lead the Coolkeeragh management team and workforce.
  • Ensure the highest safety standards are met by fostering an incident and injury-free work environment.
  • Develop and drive business goals, ensuring efficient and reliable plant performance.
  • Lead strategic site development and operational innovation.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture, encouraging engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
