Responsibilities and duties
Reporting to the Dispatchable Operations Manager, you will:
- Lead the Coolkeeragh management team and workforce.
- Ensure the highest safety standards are met by fostering an incident and injury-free work environment.
- Develop and drive business goals, ensuring efficient and reliable plant performance.
- Lead strategic site development and operational innovation.
- Cultivate a high-performance culture, encouraging engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
