Key Responsibilities:

• Lead with expertise: Provide technical direction during critical phases like prototyping, testing and production – ensuring the highest standards of quality.
• Design and innovate: Create, review and refine designs specifications for cutting-edge mechanical systems and components.
• Collaborate for success: Work hand-in-hand with engineers, designers and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Own the process: Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Communicate your vision: Prepare comprehensive reports, detailed project plans, and compelling presentations for stakeholders.

Skills & Experience:

• A strong foundation in Mechanical and Systems Engineering combined with Project Management expertise.
• Proficiency with tools like CAD, FMEA, MATLAB/Simulink and MBSE to drive innovation.
• The ability to manage complex priorities with exceptional organisational and multitasking skills.
• Clear and confident communication abilities to share ideas and inspire teams.
