Location: Long Bennington, Lincolnshire

Shift: Monday–Friday, 08:00–17:00

Contract: Temp to Perm (12 weeks)

We are recruiting Vehicle Compound Operatives to join our client’s newly opened site in Long Bennington, a leading UK automotive company. This role is essential in ensuring efficient vehicle movements between the compound and workshops.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely manoeuvre vehicles within the large outdoor compound and in/out of workshops.
• Parking vehicles in bays and jump-start where necessary.
• Work with a variety of vehicles, including standard cars, high-performance models, and EVs.
• Drive manual, automatic, semi-automatic, and electric vehicles.
• Carry out pre-movement vehicle inspections, reporting any damages or issues.
• Work efficiently in all weather conditions.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Confident driving different vehicle types and transmissions.
• Previous professional driving experience is an advantage.
• Full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years, with no more than 6 points for minor offences).
• Must have your own vehicle to be able to get to site.
