Senior Product Manager – Warehouse Platform - Supply Chain & Logistics - Hybrid from the Midlands, UK

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the Warehouse Platform team at a well-known British retailer, renowned for its high-quality products and innovative approach. This role is central to the supply chain strategy, supporting product availability across stores and the company’s successful e-commerce platform.

You will manage the full product lifecycle, developing a clear vision and strategy, setting goals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and communicate the product vision, working with internal stakeholders across Supply Chain, Retail, and Engineering.
• Manage the product backlog, balancing immediate needs with long-term goals.
• Use data-driven insights to refine and optimise the platform.
• Champion customer needs, ensuring that all decisions contribute to operational success.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in product management with a strong background in logistics and supply chain.
• Demonstrated success in Agile environments & WMS.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritise effectively.
• Knowledge of tools like Jira and experience in cross-team collaboration.
