The Rising Sun in Fawkham Kent, located near Brands Hatch, are looking for a creative, talented and passionate chef to join our restaurant. Under new ownership, we are looking for a Chef with good communication skills, has an eye for detail and hands on initiating and developing the current menu.
Key skills include:
Preparing food for cooking to an excellent standard.
Managing budgets, stock control, and waste reduction.
Keeping up with industry trends and creating new recipes and menus.
Monitoring food production for quality and consistency every time.
Ensuring a clean and safe environment within the kitchen for all to follow.
High standards and knowledge of hygiene and food safety.
The ideal candidate would have a minimum of 5 + years experience working within a premium quality pub / restaurant. References required.
£16 per hour
Hours: 40-45
