My client is seeking a well experienced Sales Progressor to join their team at this very exciting time! This position offers the opportunity to work in a relaxed but professional environment where personality and attitude play a big role. You will manage the progression of property sales, ensuring smooth transactions and exceptional customer service. This role will start at four days per week, moving to five days by the end of the year as the portfolio and responsibilities expand.

The Role:

  • Oversee property transactions from offer acceptance to completion, ensuring smooth progression.
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, solicitors, surveyors, and agents to keep everyone updated.
  • Address delays or problems, finding solutions to keep the process on track.
  • Ensure all parties in the chain are aligned and progressing as planned.
  • Prepare and manage legal documents, such as contracts and memorandums of sale.
  • Complete ID checks and verify proof of funds as required.
  • Keep clients informed and respond promptly to queries.

About You:

  • Preferably a mix of new build sales progression and second-hand agency experience, but open to candidates with a strong background in either.

  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases effectively.

  • Relaxed, professional, and approachable. We value team players who can contribute positively to our supportive and "chill" work environment.
