We are looking for an experienced Night Healthcare Assistant to join our team at a 30-bed care home in Dartford. This role is ideal for a compassionate and dedicated professional who is committed to delivering high-quality care during night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide personal care and support to residents throughout the night.
- Monitor residents' well-being and respond to any needs promptly.
- Assist with mobility, repositioning, and comfort checks.
- Maintain accurate care records and communicate effectively with the day team.
- Ensure a safe and peaceful environment for residents.
- Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant, preferably in a care home setting.
- A caring and patient approach with strong communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night shifts.
