An established North Kent practice is seeking a Private Client CILEX or Solicitor to join their busy department.
The firm has a rich history of over 100 years and operates multiple office sites across Kent, specializing in various areas of law.
The successful candidate will work alongside a team of 3 Partners and 6 lawyers, managing a caseload that includes Wills, LPAs, Trusts, and Probate matters.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, with additional qualifications in COP work or studying for STEP or SFTE considered advantageous.
The position offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000, generous annual leave, bonuses, life cover, and the potential for remote working.

Our client has roots going back over 100yrs with various office sites across Kent servicing clients in property, private client, commercial law and family law.

Working alongside a Private Client team of 3 Partners and 6 lawyers the successful individual will be working from this village office taking over a caseload of Wills, LPAs, preparing Trusts, dealing with Probate & Estate matters and advising clients and the elderly on IHT & CGT. Any additional experience with COP work or candidates with/studying STEP or SFTE would be an added bonus.
