Teaching Assistant Opportunity in an SEN School - Longfield

Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs? We're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our Special Educational Needs (SEN) school in Longfield.

Position Details:

Location: Longfield
Pay: £85 - £110 per day
Start Date: Immediate
Enhanced DBS Required: Must have or be willing to obtain one

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with students displaying a variety of additional needs, providing tailored support
Assist in creating a positive and nurturing learning environment
Support teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual student requirements
Help with personal care needs if required
Promote social and emotional development alongside academic progress

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children with special educational needs is preferred
A caring, patient, and flexible approach
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A commitment to making a real difference in the lives of students
