Sonic Summary

We are an SEMH School, rated Ofsted Good, seeking Teaching Assistants to support students with Special Educational Needs and behavioral difficulties.
The role involves working with children facing challenges such as Social, Emotional, and Mental Health difficulties, Autism, and ADHD.
Candidates should possess resilience, a good sense of humor, and a strong commitment to making a positive impact on students' lives.
Teaching Assistants will support students in both core and vocational subjects, as well as help with life skills and emotional management.
Experience or qualifications in working with challenging behavior is required, and the position is available to start in September.

We are an SEMH School, rated Ofsted Good, and we are currently seeking Teaching Assistants to work with and support students that have a range of Special Educational Needs and behavioural difficulties, whos needs are not best met in Mainstream School.

In this role you would be working with children with a range of Special Educational Needs such as Social, emotional and mental health difficulties, Autism and ADHD. This role requires resilience, a good sense of humour, and a real determination to help change the lives of children.

You will be supporting students in a range of subjects, both core subjects and vocational, and also supporting with life skills and managing emotions and behaviours in a theraputic manner.

Requirements-

- Experience or Qualifications in working with behaviour that challenges
