Appoint Healthcare is delighted to partner with a leading national provider of health and social care services to recruit a Senior Occupational Therapist. This opportunity is based at their specialist rehabilitation and disability management service in Gloucester, dedicated to individuals with a range of complex neurological conditions, including acquired brain injury, spinal injury, and conditions requiring tracheostomy or ventilator support.

Job Role Overview

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions for residents with complex physical and neurological needs. Your work will promote independence, occupational engagement, and meaningful participation.

In addition to delivering care, you will act as a clinical leader, providing expert supervision and consultation to the multidisciplinary team. You will bring advanced skills in areas such as environmental adaptation, skill development, and person-centred care planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a diverse caseload, conducting detailed assessments and designing tailored intervention plans.
  • Deliver and evaluate evidence-based treatments aligned with individual care plans.

About You
