Salary: £46,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience)
Location: Gloucester
Hours: Full Time or Part Time hours available

As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality, evidence-based interventions for residents with complex physical and neurological needs. Your work will promote independence, occupational engagement, and meaningful participation.

In addition to delivering care, you will act as a clinical leader, providing expert supervision and consultation to the multidisciplinary team. You will bring advanced skills in areas such as environmental adaptation, skill development, and person-centred care planning.

• Manage a diverse caseload, conducting detailed assessments and designing tailored intervention plans.
• Deliver and evaluate evidence-based treatments aligned with individual care plans.
• Provide expert guidance, supervision, and leadership to the multidisciplinary team.
• Use advanced clinical reasoning to drive positive outcomes for residents.
• Promote best practices and innovation within occupational therapy services.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Significant post-qualification experience, particularly with individuals who have complex physical and neurological needs.
• Strong knowledge of occupational therapy frameworks, assessment tools, and intervention strategies.
