Customer Service Assistant
Location: Wimborne
Salary: £13.00 per hour
Hours: Full-time, 9am-5pm, 5 days per week Includes 2 Saturdays each month, with a weekday off on those weeks. 40 hours a week

Our client is looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join their team in their busy retail store. Responsibility as a Customer Service Assistant:
- Assist customers in selecting suitable mobility equipment.
- Handle phone inquiries promptly and proactively.
- Demonstrate equipment, including lifting items into car boots.
- Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service.
- Showing patience and understanding when dealing with customers, many of whom are elderly or disabled.
What we are looking for from the Customer Service Assistant:
- A friendly and approachable personality with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers.
- Patience and empathy, especially when assisting elderly or disabled individuals.
- Physical ability to handle and demonstrate mobility equipment.
- A genuine passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Maintaining a positive and professional demeanour, even when managing multiple tasks or challenging situations.
- Preferred experience in customer service, shopkeeping, or care work, but not necessary.
