We are looking for an experienced **Stock Controller** to join our dynamic team. If you are organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about maintaining an efficient inventory system, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Inventory Management: Accurately manage and maintain stock levels of IT hardware (servers, computers, peripherals, etc.) and software products.
- Stock Monitoring: Track inventory movements, including incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring that stock levels are kept up to date.
- Order Processing: Coordinate with the procurement team to place orders for replenishing stock based on minimum stock levels and business requirements.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of stock items in inventory management software, ensuring that all items are correctly tagged and tracked.
- Reporting: Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting trends, stock shortages, and overstocking risks.
- Stockroom Management: Oversee the storage and organization of stock, ensuring that items are correctly labeled and stored in a safe and accessible manner.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, procurement, and technical support teams to ensure timely delivery of stock to clients and internal departments

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Stock Controller, preferably in an IT or technology-related environment.
- Strong knowledge of inventory management software (experience with [specific software] is a plus).
