Used Vehicle Preparation Manager Role:
- Oversee the preparation of used vehicles for sale, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within budget and time constraints.
- Lead and manage a team of technicians and Bodyshop personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the vehicle preparation process.
- Conduct final inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet company standards before they are made available for sale.
- Manage and control the budget for vehicle preparation, ensuring all work is completed cost-effectively without compromising quality.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and other issues in vehicles.
- Collaborate with the after-sales team to address any issues or complaints related to vehicle preparation, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continuously review and improve the vehicle preparation process, implementing best practices to increase efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
- Work closely with the sales team to prioritize vehicle preparation based on sales demands and timelines.
Used Vehicle Preparation Manager Requirements:
- Full UK driving license
- 2+ years experience as a Body Shop Manager or Master Technician or in a similar role
