Listing Negotiator • Looe • 20k-22k Salary • OTE 30k • Independent Agency • Training & Development • Career Progression • Leading Independent Estate Agency is looking for an experienced Listing Negotiator for their busy Newquay office. Joining an experienced team, you will bring your energy to this role and of course, your exceptional customer service skills. Your organisation and communication traits set you apart, whilst your positivity and enthusiasm help you build and maintain trust with your clients. The ability to list new property would be an advantage. You will be encouraged and supported to progress your career within this prestigious company which boasts a large network and recognisable brand. Responsibilities for this Listing Negotiator role will include:

Market Appraisal generation
Experience of listing property
Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings
Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback
Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline
Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments

Skills & Experience for this Listing Negotiator role:

Core experience within estate agency including valuation conversion
Strong knowledge of the sales process
Comfortable working with targets & referring to other depts.
Eager to learn and develop
Driven and ambitious to 'add value'
