As an Audit Semi Senior, you’ll play an integral part in delivering high-quality audit services to a range of clients across various sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in audit assignments from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with UK auditing standards
• Conducting fieldwork and testing to support audit findings
• Preparing financial statements and audit reports under FRS 102 and IFRS
• Working closely with clients to gather financial information and resolve queries
• Liaising with senior auditors, managers, and partners to ensure audit deadlines are met
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members, providing training where necessary

• Part-qualified ACA or ACCA (or working towards qualification)
• Demonstrable audit experience within an accountancy practice
• Strong technical knowledge of audit and accounting principles
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with clients
• Proficiency in accounting software such as CaseWare, CCH, Xero, or Sage (desirable)

• £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
