Job Role: Management Accountant
Location: Loughborough
Salary: 45k Per Annum (DOE)- 12 Month Maternity Cover

The Company:
Join our dynamic finance team in Loughborough as a Management Accountant for a maternity cover position. This role is integral to our operations, reporting directly to the Financial Controller and playing a key part in our financial management.
What You'll Do:
- Produce and present monthly management accounts to the Board of Directors.
- Analyse financial data and share insights with the management team.
- Collaborate with external auditors to complete annual statutory accounts.
- Compile and submit weekly and monthly payroll data to our third-party provider.
- Enhance and maintain financial controls and procedures.
- Oversee and reconcile the balance sheet, including fixed assets.
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns, P11Ds, and PSA returns with HMRC.
- Drive the development of monthly cost centre reviews.
- Step in for the Financial Controller when necessary.
What We're Looking For:
- A recognized UK accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
- 2-3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- Experience with Dynamics 365.
