Role Responsibilities- Leading the tax department, overseeing both corporate and personal tax services
- Managing and advising a diverse portfolio of clients, including owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and high-net-worth individuals
- Providing high-level tax advisory services, including business structuring, succession planning, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax
- Overseeing tax compliance processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy
- Working closely with the senior leadership team to develop and implement tax strategies
- Supporting and mentoring tax team members, fostering a culture of professional development
- Identifying business development opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the firm

Candidate Requirements- CTA-qualified, with significant experience in corporate and personal tax
- A strong technical knowledge of tax legislation and planning
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and delivering high-quality tax advisory services
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and develop a team
- Commercial awareness and a strategic mindset, with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to engage effectively with clients and colleagues
- £100,000 to £140,000 per annum
