Looking for a new role in admin? A food company in Melton Mowbray are looking for an Office Administrator to join their team.
This is a part-time permanent position.
Main duties of the role will be:
* Dealing with payments
* Invoicing
* Customer orders and enquires
* Purchase orders
* Supplier payment enquires
* Chasing logistics and internal dept's for updates
* General Administration duties
The ideal candidate will:
* Have a willingness to learn and develop yourself
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Provide regular and reliable service
* Focused and driven
* Ability to work under pressure
The rate paid for this position is between 11.94 and 12.94 per hour. 25-28 hours per week.
Working hours are Monday-Friday, starting at 9:30 am. to 2:30pm. These times can be flexible if needed.
You will also be required to work every other Saturday for a few hours in the morning to cover weekend shipping.
