What You'll Be Doing:
- Take responsibility for the daily activities within the Inspection department, ensuring the delivery of high-quality components on time.
- Lead a team of quality inspectors, prioritising tasks and overseeing workflow management.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure schedules are met and quality standards are upheld.
- Identify training opportunities and drive continuous improvement across the team.
- Work closely with Engineering and Quality teams to address issues, propose solutions, and implement corrective actions.
- Champion the adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards and promote best practices in quality control.
What You Need:
- Solid experience in a Quality inspection role, with a focus on Composites or Automotive sectors.
- Proficiency in Polyworks Software and a strong understanding of scheduling.
- Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings and documents.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide the Inspection team.
- Excellent organisational skills and a high attention to detail.
