The successful Intermediate Architectural Technician will have proficiency in AutoCAD and Sketch Up, with proven experience working in the residential and commercial sectors and strong technical expertise.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Intermediate Architectural Technician:

  • Ideally be working towards chartership with CIAT
  • HND/HNC or degree in Architectural technology
  • 4 years of post-qualification experience in a UK based architectural practice
  • Proven record working on residential and commercial projects
  • Job running experience
  • Passion for innovation and sustainable designs
  • Working proficiency with AutoCAD, Sketch UP and Lumion
  • Experience working across the RIBA stages
  • Liaise confidently with clients, contractors, relevant authorities, and other professionals
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Through knowledge of current building regulations
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Work well both in a team and independently
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Live locally to the Loughborough area
