Penguin Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a small, collaborative team based in Leicestershire/ South Loughborough, who due to project success, are on the lookout for a Part 2 Architectural Assistant. Part 1 Architectural Assistant's and Technicians/ Technologists will also be considered with several years UK based experience in an architectural practice.

The role offers the opportunity to contribute to a range of exciting projects across both the Residential and Commercial sectors, with a focus on design innovation and professional growth. The ideal candidate will be a motivated and enthusiastic individual with a passion for architecture and design, eager to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Skills, Experience & Responsibilities for the role of Part 2 Architectural Assistant:

• Relevant Part 1 and Part 2 degrees or Architectural Technology degrees if applying for a Technical role.
• Several years of experience working within an architectural practice.
• Both Residential and Commercial experience would be preferred.
• Strong presentation skills with attention to visual detail.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp, and Lumion would be preferred.
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
• Good organisation and problem solving skills.
• Able to work well both as part of a team and also, individually.
• Availability to attend site visits and conduct site surveys.
• Valid UK driving license.
