Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently representing a RIBA accredited, award-winning Architectural practice based outside of Leicester that are actively looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to join their talented team.

Our client specialises within several sectors including Residential, Education, Heritage and Community. Project range from small domestic developments to large Education developments around the value of £10 million. The successful Part II Architectural Assistant will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting developments within the Residential and Education sector. Key responsibilities will include investigating briefs, developing technical designs as well as incorporate technical information into design and production drawings. This practice is looking for a Part II Architectural Assistant to have experience with using Revit either professionally in practice or in university.

Part II Architectural Assistant Job Overview
  • Investigate project briefs, materials, and construction products/systems
  • Refine concept and detail designs using Revit and manual techniques under the guidance of the project lead
  • Develop technical designs and produce information with guidance from the project lead.
  • Incorporate technical information and regulatory requirements into design and production drawings.
  • Collaborate with external design team members as necessary
  • Contribute to studio improvement initiatives or provide assistance as needed
  • Use Revit on a daily basis
  • Work on a range of Residential and Education developments
Part II Architectural Assistant Job Requirements
  • Relevant Degree Qualified
  • Living in or around the Leicester area
  • Good knowledge of Revit
  • Interest or Experience in the Residential and / or Education sectors
  • Full UK Driving License
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
Part II Architectural Assistant Salary & Benefits
  • Salary; £27,000 - £34,000 (DOE)
