Project Design Administrator

Full-Time - Permanent

Our market leading client with a worldwide presence is seeking a highly organised Project Design Administrator to join their Product Team on a Full Time Permanent basis. As a Project Design Administrator, you will ensure all Product Designs and samples meet production requirements and standards receiving approvals from partners. As a Project Design Administrator, you will administer samples and check quality and liaise with internal and external stakeholders regarding service level agreements and deadlines.

As a Project Design Administrator, you will:

  • Coordinate key projects and take full ownership with high attention to detail.
  • Administer products regarding design and accuracy as a Project Design Administrator
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding updates, product requirements and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Maintain records of all Projects as a Project Design Administrator regarding status and progress
  • Liaise with procurement department with administrative responsibilities as a Project Design Administrator
  • Submit designs for approval ensuring that designs meet requirements and standards!
  • Share progress with necessary internal and external stake holders.

As a Project Design Administrator, you will have:

  • Previous multiple project administration skills and experience
  • Great communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work load in a busy environment
