Role Overview:
As a Mobile Plant Fitter, you will be responsible for fixing, servicing, and maintaining a wide range of plant equipment including excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, rollers, and more. The role requires a hands-on approach, ensuring that plant machinery is operating at peak performance across the Leicestershire region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Mobile Plant Fitter tasks including repair, service, and maintenance of plant machinery.
- Work on construction machinery such as excavators, telehandlers, dumpers, and rollers.
- Provide high-quality workmanship and ensure all machinery is operating to the highest standards.
- Travel across the Leicestershire region, responding to breakdowns and scheduled servicing.
Salary and Benefits:
- Competitive salary ranging from 35,000 - 38,000 per annum.
- OTE = 55,000 - 70,000 per annum
- Up to 2,000 in annual bonuses.
- Fully equipped van, fuel card, and door-to-door pay
- Overtime paid at time and a half - unlimited

Requirements:
- Solid mechanical experience in the repair and maintenance of construction machinery is preferred but not essential
- Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
- Full UK driving license.
- NVQ or City Guilds in a form of engineering is preferred but not desired
